What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a curated selection of handmade Balinese handicrafts—wood carvings, home decor, textiles, spiritual items, and more made by local artisans.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to the handmade nature of our products.

Can I return my order?

Returns are not accepted. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact support within 48 hours.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges will be confirmed by our admin and sent to your email or shown on your profile page.

How long does delivery take?

5–7 business days within Indonesia, and 10–21 days for international deliveries.

Are the products identical to the pictures?

Each item is handmade and may have slight variations in color or design, making it uniquely yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select local payment methods during checkout.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You'll receive a confirmation email, and updates will be available in your profile.
